Swimsol is a young Austrian company specialising in solar systems for tropical island regions. 

In 5 years of research work, Swimsol has developed a floating solar platform that is the world's first to be used on the sea surface. This innovative form of energy generation represents a clean alternative to the currently almost exclusively used diesel generators. 

As a particularly outstanding company for innovative sustainability, Swimsol has won the 2018 Houska Prize (Austria's most highly endowed private prize for applied research).

Ivana Steiner is a young industrial designer from Vienna.

Her pieces of furniture combine the formal beauty of the Wiener Werkstätte with a modern perception of lived design. Steiner's furniture is a small piece of jewellery that lends special accents to interiors. It combines precious materials such as bronze, brass and copper with dark glass and various other materials. Elegant chandeliers, side tables and shelves are just one of the young Viennese woman's passions. As a graphic designer she dedicates herself to typography as well as logo designs and book design.

This product video was created together with the Austrian advertising agency Lightbase GmbH for the chinese LED-lamp technology manufacturer Kingsun.

The two presented models Artemis and Apollo are suitable for street lighting. Sustainable LED-technology in connection with power generation by photovoltaic systems are the two cornerstones of the Kingsun company.
